Bugs all over the room, cockroaches on BED, walls, bathtub, etc. big long leg spiders on corners of the walls. Requested a new room and it also had spiders all over the corners. Bed also had stains and bathtub was black at the bottom. Very very dirty and they didn’t want to refund us.

Upon arriving at the location, we noticed heavy foot traffic, some bicycle junkies, and a side exit door propped open with a wet floor sign. Needless to say. Someone is running drugs through this place with kreepy krawlies all over. Recovering addicts can see this from a mile away. Very unsafe location.

The picture on the website does not match the actual room itself. The room was dirty. The mattresses were disgusting. The air conditioner was not working properly. The hotel and especially the room smelled like cigarettes, they sprayed the room with air freshener, which didn’t mix well with the smoke aroma. There was sketchy people outside of the hotel that could in and out as they please. The random fire alarms during the middle of the night were the highlight as well. I don’t think I’ll be back here. Need a huge improvement

Hotel was filthy. My room was filthy. Floor was sticky. Towels and bedding were stained. 2 long, dark hairs under sheets on my bed.

AC unit controls are broken. Really dusty on the intake. Front desk clerk saw me walk in. Turned around and walked away without acknowledgement. Seemed indifferent to a new guest checking in.

The room we checked into smelled of smoke so we asked for a different room. Second room smelled good but there was standing water in the middle of the room and the shower was not clean. We originally booked two nights but only stayed one, without taking a shower. Will never go back there again.

Budget hotel in Yuba City

Property is old and a bit worn out. No elevator which is an issue with older folks and those with a physical limitation. No access from or to Hwy 99 which runs right by it. Must use side street to get to the property. Staff is friendly and nice. Good shower. Adequate parking. Good but small swimming pool. Small guest laundry - better than none. Breakfast is minimal. Close to shops and restaurants (by car). A/C worked fine and sufficient electrical outlets. Bigger size mini frig was good. WiFi was OK and secured.
