The room was ok. The bathroom, particularly the shower was dirty. One of the towels had mold like spots and smelled. Unfortunately no coffee machine but they did have coffee in the morning downstairs. I went to talk to the employee downstairs about our room and the girl did not speak englush very well. A language barrier for sure. I just went ahead and checked out. It was quiet there, the parking lot well lit up.

Cleanliness in question

Long black hairs left in the shower which made me question whether the room/bathroom had been cleaned at all. No sanitation strip on the toilet. Many people outside talking and drinking until after 1am. I just needed a place to sleep after moving a family member and would not recommend this property.

When we got there the room door was open and the pillows had no pillowcases. Granted, we got there close to 5 pm and check in is at 3 pm. Should have been ready. The bathroom had broken fixtures and very low amount of toilet paper. The floor was dirty, as my feet were dirty after I walked on the floor with no socks and shoes. Just not what I expected. Next time I will reserve someplace else than this place when I go to concerts at Toyota Center. Thank you!

Would not stay here again. They moved me to 3 different rooms because they weren't ready for us to check in at 6pm! Then didn't give the deluxe room we paid extra for. Then the AC broke in the middle of the night and the tweakers up stairs were stomping all night. Don't stay here

The maintenance guy was really the only thing that was a thumbs up. We got dirty towels and then what we could use wasn’t collected. The floor was so grimy we had to wear socks and remove them before went into the beds. Would definitely not be back. Wish I had thought to take pictures!
