放鬆身心適合充電的飯店，非常推薦
訂房時不知道是分開的兩張床，後來Checkin時跟櫃檯反應，雖然沒有一大床了，但是他們馬上直接上去推床，我們非常不好意思，不知道很方便其實可以自己推，下次訂房會注意要特別要求一大床。房間非常大又舒適，房間內的溫泉也超棒的，溫泉池跟冷水池都有，我們的房間是標準房型，還是稍微看得到山跟日月潭的邊邊，整體體驗是非常放鬆舒服的。飯店裡有幾位東南亞同仁，我對他們的中文能力感到相當驚艷，也看到台灣同仁耐心指導，覺得非常感動，雖然還在試營運，但是處處看得到他們很努力在提供如同正式營運的品質，一點都不像試營運中的飯店，非常滿意，下次回來日月潭還想住這！ 飯店地點的伊達邵碼頭，也比水社碼頭那邊給人的感覺更舒服，而且可以直接坐纜車去九族，非常方便，伊達邵商店街也有很多好吃的！

優點：地理位置距離商圈近、房間設施新、早環境舒適整潔、大廳櫃台服務迅速、早餐內容豐盛。 缺點：SPA沒有開放就用同樣的價格給房客、連住兩天房務備品都未主動提供、房間陽台其實都沒有湖景視野、浴室設計違反常理，蓮蓬頭太短導致淋浴與泡澡區居然在同一區。
