The property is dated but clean. It has a very large pool including a hot tub and shaded cabanas. Free breakfast and weekday happy hour where you are given two free drinks (not daily). The room is a two room suite and quite large. For the price, this is an excellent plave to stay.

The lobby smelled delightful! Our room was clean and quiet. We picked up a pork chop and grilled it on their grill. Clean and convenient laundry room. The staff was friendly and welcoming but the breakfast was a highlight. They hostess couldn't do enough to make sure you are happy, including making your breakfast "made of order".

Best hotel for money, better than budget hotels
Great independent hotel with reasonable rates. Very friendly staff, very close to a huge shopping center with restaurants for any last minute needs. The daily free breakfast was basic about 8 items but was freshly prepared (it could have been a little hotter) but was very good nonetheless. If you are considering this hotel save hundreds over other hotels and Yuma and book this one! It isn’t the cheapest but is priced in the mid 100’s but definitely cheaper than man of the chain hotels that wanted over $320 a night…. (No hotel in Yuma is worth over $300 a night I can assure you.)
