To stink!

My stay was good... but i called the hotel directly this evening for another trip. They gave me their"last room", took my credit card info to hold it, and said it was nonrefundable. Forty five minutes later, and 2 minutes from the hotel, they called to tell me they didn't have any rooms left. Really??? I'm tired from a 3.5 hour drive, and now i have to find a new hotel at 9:30 pm? They better not charge me for this in addition to overbooking their hotel.

A simple hotel but the people couldn’t be nicer. The owner gave us a ride to the airport and wouldn’t accept a tip from me when I tried to offer it. It’s a simple hotel and a little dated but they offered a nice hot breakfast. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here several times and always been pleased.
