Not enough shade for parking. Elevator was in poor condition. No restroom facility available in lobby area, breakfast eggs and sausages were horrible poor quality food as well as the muffin tasted stale, old and unsavory. Juice was okay. No complimentary bottled water!

We had a terrible experience with the front desk woman she was very rude and unwilling to assist in any way. Also the breakfast staff was rude, we were in the middle of getting something from the buffet table and a woman came in front of us and said they were closed. Instead of just allowing my daughter to get a something to finish up, she took it away right in front of us.
