Overpriced convince.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is several decades out of date. Wallpaper peeling. Carpet worn-out. Mattresses feel like padded boxspring. The location of the hotel is great for the city. Restaurants, shopping and highway access nearby. Seafood restaurant onsite. The convenience and staff is what makes this hotel tolerable. Still over priced.

This is an older property that you can tell was super nice in it's day. There is some wear and tear but I loved the balcony over the pool, the breeze and how close it was to everything so much that I enjoyed every minute of the week I was there while having dental work. The staff is super nice and it was nice and quiet. Highly recommend - a great deal for the price.

I stayed at this location for a week while having dental work in Mexico. I loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the price point. It has a beautiful big pool and lots of balconies in the rooms. I enjoyed it the whole time I was here. It is an older hotel with some wear and tear but I was very comfortable and loved it.

There was dirt on the bathroom floor we walked into the room and there was no hot water for a shower, there was poop from someone before us on the toilet, and the hot tub did not work. Very poor experience told the front desk about it and they really did not seem to care, demanded a refund and had to fight with Expedia to get that

Main lobby is beautiful, and the rooms appear that they have had some work on them. The remainder of the building is in need of updating (especially the hall carpet) There is a slight smell and there is not really a breakfast.

I hate to complain because I’m pretty easy going. However, there was mold in the closet, one of the lightbulbs were out, the latch for the door was broken and the hook in the bathroom door was broken. The people were friendly and it was pretty cheap.

The Yuma Shilo is always very clean and nice. Great place for a convention. Make certain to request a room with a pool view, one side of the hotel haa a beautiful view while the other is a bit of am eyesoar.

After riding a motorcycle all day we were really looking forward to a swim and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi looked like a crime scene and the pool was not any better, the room with a balcony was nice. We will not be back.
