The hotel has a very convenient location for the main attractions visited by international tourists. The staff are very friendly and provide you with all the information you need. They also send you a message before your arrival to make sure you can find the hotel easily. It offers excellent value for the price, and the bed is very comfortable.

The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.

WARNING: PLEASE READ I booked the “design suite” for my stay and it was NOTHING as advertised. My room was completely different and much more run-down and janky. There is also construction going on that is very loud. I had to cancel my stay because I was so disappointed could not keep staying there for my own sanity. The only redeeming factor was the view which was nice. The beds were also rock-hard and half of the lights didn’t work. Please be warned!

We had a wonderful stay at KaoYu Hotel. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked extremely well, which is essential during a Chongqing summer. The hotel also offers easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor maintenance issue was that the plastic stripping around the toilet door needs to be replaced, but this did not take away from our overall experience. We would happily stay here again on a return trip to Chongqing.
