The towels in the room were very old and dingy. They also smell bad. The facility was not kept up.

Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was breakfast and I found it odd that the waitress would not leave cream for our coffee at the table.

Staff was very tentative to any request

Delightful hotel in the middle of town. The staff is incredibly helpful and the hotel is a respite after a busy day out full of sights and sounds. I didn't use the pool or Jacuzzi, so I can't speak to those, but my room was clean, the walk-in shower was lovely and the hotel restaurant had excellent food and service.

The best hotel in GTO. Such a peaceful and friendly place, i absolutely loved it. The view to the city is incredible. I will stay in this hotel every time I come back with out a doubt!
