Location was terrific! I had a tiny room with a twin bed - very cozy.

Apartament was very well appointed and apartament manager extremely helpful. Location ideal pity restaurant was closed which we were not advised about but plenty of alternatives close by. Excellent holiday on all counts

Some of the rudest and most unwelcoming service I’ve experienced, especially disappointing for a 5-star property. I came to breakfast at 10:30, with breakfast served until 11. Around 11:20, while finishing my coffee outside, a male employee told me I needed to leave so they could prepare for lunch. I was the only guest outside, my plates had already been cleared, and the surrounding tables were clean and set. I felt genuinely unwelcome at a hotel I was paying to stay at. If guests cannot remain in certain areas after a specific time, that should be clearly communicated. Even more disappointing was an interaction with a front-desk employee. When explaining the hotel’s deposit, he repeatedly described possible damage we could cause, including damage to the carpet or windows, even after I made it clear several times that I understood it was a damage deposit. I felt talked over and patronized. We also had consecutive reservations and were told we could remain in the same room, but our key was not activated for the second reservation, leaving us locked out after returning from a four-hour walk. At checkout, we waited 17 minutes for two takeaway coffees. When my husband followed up, the response from staff felt dismissive, and employees laughed while speaking among themselves in another language in fro
