Friendly staff

A great place to stay in Zagreb. Very nice service. Friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent. Recommend to anyone travelling to Zagreb. Next to central bus station.

The receptionist Doris is very helpful and courteous. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory. Though it’s located just opposite the bus station, the dining options around are very limited.

Very good hotel close to bus station

It is a modern, well decorated hotel. Our room was big and clean. I didnt like the bed, too hard, and the TV which didnt work (we wanted to watch UsOpen).

The property is well maintained and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. While the surrounding area can feel a bit uneasy at night, that’s unrelated to the property itself.

I liked the hotel while location is good it is a little far from the center. However easy train right out your door. In the end start a walking tour from there and you can cover Zagreb in a day with 2 quick train rides. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a good offering. I would recommend here and I would stay here again for sure.

Hotel close to bus station so great for short stay in Zagreb. Easy ten minute tram ride into city centre and all the sights. Could also get the 5 tram to Maksimir Park. Well done up with large comfortable bed. Sat on terrace on third floor and always had it to ourselves. Slight issue with shower not draining away . All staff were helpful snd friendly.

If wanting a hotel near the bus station, this is the one for you: nearly right across the road. Very comfortable room. And luggage storage so you can tour the city.

Clean Hotel with Close Proximity to Bus Station

This was a smaller hotel that did offer breakfast with a sufficient number of choices. We were welcomed quite hospitably, and the staff was very helpful with suggestions for traveling around the city of Zagreb. The main reason that we originally chose Hotel 9 was due to its proximity to the bus station ... a very easy and close walk, which worked out perfectly for us. Would recommend this hotel for that very reason!!
