The worst part was the room temperature stayed between 25.5-25.8C (78F) despite us adjusting the thermostat. Opening the window didn’t help. The front desk was informed and told us they would change the toom temp to 19C and we can switch rooms in 30 minutes if no improvement (No change offered right away despite me telling them we had a maximum of three hours to sleep before needing to go to the airport.) I was somehow able to falls asleep eventually but my husband didn’t get but maybe 30 minutes of sleep. Also, we could feel all the springs in the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable bed we slept on after almost two weeks in Croatia. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Very convenient to the airport, food and beverage choices on site. Nothing to explore in the area as the hotel is in an industrial area. We had a 6 am flight out so it was perfect. The hotel room was lovely. Very dark and very quiet.

Filthy, rowdy and uncivilized guests, tired, worn-out property, feels like something you'd find in Pyongyang. I had to walk what felt like a quarter of a mile from the check-in desk to the room through a maze of corridors and had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the flight of stairs. Unhelpful and uninterested staff.

Night before booking, we called the hotel and asked that we are planning to book a TWIN room with two beds, and that we were a family of 4 (parents and kids 6yo and 8yo). The staff assured us that it will be ok, and advised booking on Expedia at 90 euros/night. At check in, no help with luggage, 2 people at reception, 1 lady who seemed junior and a gentleman called Sven who seemed senior. Sven requested to charge us additional 25 Euros since we had two kids. Explaining the call from the night before was not recognized and Sven still insisted to charge us as he said, "he cant have 4 people in the room for 75 Euros". I explained that we paid 90 Euros, and 75 Euros could be the price between hotel and expedia, but he said the must charge something as he said, if boss comes in the morning and sees they havent collected any more money, he would get in trouble. Looking at my kids and wife exhausted, I made it clear that even though I protested to additional charge, I have to get my kids to the room to take some rest and dont have the energy to look for another hotel. He started negotiating the surcharge and said that he could charge me 18 euros instead. Hotel has almost zero amenities in the room (shower and bath gel, small bottles, soap, toilet paper, and tissue paper... that is it, nothing else, no slippers, no bathrobes, no dental kit, no electric kettle for hot water, no coffee (even instant one), no tea, no sugar, no spoons....not a 4 star hotel. 1.5 star at best!

This hotel was good for a one night stay if you don’t want to stay in Zagreb for an early morning flight etc. The hotel is quite large, and felt like a modern average airport hotel. It was clean and quiet. The room service menu options weren’t great but the pizza place attached to the hotel will do take away, and I had the most amazing pizza of my life with pumpkin and sausage. Easy to get an uber to and from the airport. The parking for the hotel is an underground garage that’s tight to get in and out, plus they charge you—I wish I’d turned in my rental car before going to the hotel. No way to plug the tub up to use it as a bathtub (plus it had hair in it).

We had a lovely stay at Aristos Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean. One downside was the spa hours. Unfortunately, it closed quite early (8pm) and wasn’t open in the mornings, which made it challenging for us to fully enjoy it while also making the most of our time touring the area. It would have been wonderful to have more flexibility to use this amenity. Overall, a wonderful experience though and we would recommend Aristos Hotel for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!

It was good overall, the only thing i would recommend adjusting is the parking, its really tight and the entrance to the garage. Some cars are bigger and hard to get in. Also, i didnt like that parking is a charge. It shouldnt be. The hair dryer was old and took me forever to dry my hair. Other than thet, everything was great.
