Day and night shift worker at desk rude. Asked to have trash taken out of room and fresh towel s at 11 a.m. and was told "rooms are made up daily". When we returned at 7 p.m. nothing was done. When asked the person working the desk said since our room was at the front of the hall, the cleaners would have made rounds in the morning only! Why didn't they just say rhat at 11 when we asked. Hot tub was out of service and not posted on website. Brekfast was bare minimum. Will not stay here again and we come through this area on a monthly basis.

Loved are stay! The women at the front desk was super helpful and nice the night we checked in. The pool was clean and warm enough to actually play in it. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Nice staff and comfy beds

Staff was friendly and personable. Room was clean and nicely presented. The bed, was so comfortable. We had been out and about all day walking for miles, and to come back and the bed was the perfect balance of soft and supportive. There was 1 off pillow, but nothing to complain about.

If you are looking for a night stay and dont want to pay double the other hotel rates then this is your place. Its a nice place but needs TLC and updating. No in room phones or USB connections, key cards in back exit don't work. Pass on the pool area also. If you dont like stairs ask for main floor as there is no elevator.

Stay Away.... not worth it.

We checked in early morning Thursday 4-17-25. We checked out in the middle of the our last night because my family got kicked out and had to leave. Management complained about my 2 yr old grandson. Accused my son in law of being abusive and being a bad parent. I had the worst room which stunk like cat pee and the carpet was soaking wet from the door to the first double bed. I asked to be moved to another a room and didnt get any attention until I was told I could move at 9:30 at night. We were.leaving at 7 a.m. the next morning. Manager called police and lied and said my family was refusing to leave, which they were not. They were packing up amd was happy to go elsewhere. I will never stay there again and this was my hometown where I grew up that I was visiting with my elderly 86 yr old Mother. She has heart problems and is diabetic. 3 rooms were booked and all of us left early. I've never been treated so rudely.
