It was fine. Room was small and bathroom did not have a lot of countertop to set items on for a "deluxe" room. It was clean, just a little smaller than what I was expecting.

The hotel was modern and clean, room was very nice. It was quiet and we slept well. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing but I got there just before it closed so they were out of some things I would have liked to have. Coffee from the machine was decent, but not great. I like mine stronger and it didn't have that option. Would stay again.

We were in the back and at night there was so much light in the room even with black out curtains disrupted sleep. Check in was quick and able to have first floor room. Lighting was good in room. Beds were comfortable. Restaurants near by within walking distance. We like the Forum across the street.

Clean, functional overnight.

Comfortable and clean. It was a good overnight on a road trip. Lots of eating places in the area. Decent neighborhood and decent clientele.

The hotel was located close to a lot of food options and easy access to the freeway. Unfortunately the breakfast options left much to be desired, we settled for toast and eggs and unfortunately the eggs were gritty and dry “pucks”. Luckily there was a Dunkin down the road but for a cross country trip we had hoped a continental breakfast would help us get on the road a little easier. The room itself was not horrible but it did remind me of an RV.

Really dirty - air condition was full of dust, plugs were filthy. Slept in my clothes and didn’t want to touch anything. Yet they charged extra for my dog who had his own bed. Would NOT recommend

We had a great time. The hotel smelled great and we had 0 issues. Whatsoever, hotels.com is very easy to use. And I'm glad I found it, because it builds up points and you can get discounts using it. I will continue to use it.

the food looked old, bananas had spots, the gravy container look like it was days old on the inside, there was mold around the bath fixtures, there was a line on dirt on both sides of the hallways where the vacuum didn't get along the baseboards, the elevator floor was very dirty. not what we expected!

Overall, very good with only minor issues.

We got the cheapest room. The bed was comfy and the room was tiny. But this is our 4th year using this hotel and plan to continue to use this hotel for many years to come. Overall it's a great place to stay. Only notable issue is a lack of a Handicap ramp anywhere near the front door. There is one on either end of the building. This was an issue for us when pushing the cart out to our car to unload. They need to fix this.

The manager was friendly, helpful and available. Bathroom was missing the toilet paper roller and had dirt in corners. Soft drinks in machine were warm and there was a half empty bottle of coke in our room fridge. The seat on toilet was loose. No water available at breakfast. Breakfast was OK. All tables were dirty when we arrived. They may need more help. Fridge was nice and cold, bed was comfy. Centrally located.
