Was literally 4 minutes away from where I needed to go and the woman who checked me in was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows. And the jetted tub was great as well. The pool and jacuzzi open til midnight was great as well since I only stayed 1 night and didn’t arrive til late.

Handicap parking accessibilty great. Employee helped with my bag as I was using walker. Needed shower chair and had no problem getting one. Water nice and hot, shower heavenly.

Check-in was fine. The room was fine. But loud dogs were annoying and why do other guests think that everyone wants their GIANT dogs jumping on them? No. Just no. Check-out was nonexistent. No one was behind the counter because two employees were standing outside smoking their lungs out in the nonsmoking area by the doors, so we had to do a cancer run of death to leave the hotel. One guy was behind the counter. He looked at us, then at the ceiling and walked away without saying a word. Totally rude. I got angry and tossed the room keys on the counter and left. I will not stay in this hotel again, I don't need cancer.

Family Reunion 2025

Family Reunion once a year for last 10 years. Quite location friendly staff, breakfast loçated in an area where anything you need is a easy drive. I have always had a great experience with booking and stay. Had a great time this year and I would recommend the services of Hotel.com and Quality Inn & Suites of Zanesville to anyone pasßing through or an extended stay.

Heated pool was nice after a long day of travel. Staff was super nice but definitely not in a hurry in the morning. Breakfast was better than most. Recommended a spot for dinner close & one to avoid so very helpful. Facilities are nice but older so could use a splash of modernizing but overall a great nights stay
