Bad attitude service

I had to kill roaches and chase around bed bugs of sheets smelly wet rooms and grey tape in flooring and wet humid floors asked for 1st floor room bad attitude because elevator was broken

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room was dirty and reeked of smoke, so I asked to switch. The second room was just as bad—smelled like mildew, the carpet and chair were filthy, and the sheets had holes and a terrible damp odor. Everything felt unclean and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The stay was fine however when I arrived there was no one at the front desk therefore it took quite long for us to get checked in. I had been driving for a while so I just needed to check in so I cold shower n change for my family event!!

I had reserved rooms for handicap as my wife is in wheelchair had to change rooms after check in because we were placed in regular room hotel looked run down carpet and furniture in bad condition sink in bathroom was not wheelchair hight beds to high for handicap person transferring from wheelchair to bed
