Staff, air conditioning, location and definitely the Tercer Tiempo Sport Bar.

Club 89 is not a thing anymore. Do not spend the extra $$ for the experience. Restaurants closed on days for dinner when they are supposed to be open (frustrating for the all inclusive package). Wish these details were included on the website so we could plan our stay better. Had no idea what the all inclusive package included until arrival.

The buffet style breakfast will leave you asking what more could they have offered, Absolutely Nothing it was all there . The staff was very attentive and the Capitana Paola amazingly hospitable . Highly recommend stay here .

Outside was excellent and the lobby as well, but our rooms had mold in the bathrooms, the sheets stinked even after changing them. The toilets didn’t flush and there’s no hot water.

The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive. The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu”

El hotel en general está bien. Se ve que hay partes que no han terminado de restaurar, pero bien. El único pero que pongo es que los elevadores son muy lentos y cuando se acumula gente la espera puede ser de varios minutos.
