Very historic facility but clean. Not advisable for older folks because the parking is a little bit far that you need to bring your luggage and walk. 😊
The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. The location could not be better. My room was a small single room and no view, but there’s so much and do to see close by you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the hotel. It had a restaurant tagged on one side and a cafe bar tagged on the other. Would stay again for the price great value.
The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Plaza, river, shopping, dining. The guy at the front desk was super nice and very accommodating. Hotel was clean, rooms were perfect for what we needed.
Hotel in a great location in centre of the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Hotel could probably do with a refurb as a bit tired but wouldn't want it to lose its Spanish charm.
Hotel was amazing! Front desk man Jose Maria Pascual was the best very helpful, pleasant and absolutely delightful he made our stay in the hotel unforgettable, thank you Mr. Jose! We will come back! The best location for this older style but very comfortable hotel with historical cathedrals and Roman museums in the pedestrian only area right outside the front door in the heart of a city of Zaragoza. Lots of great memories!
Excellent location for our two nights. Lots of food options around...dont miss the 15 euro buffet across the street. The parking is Ayuntamiento under the Plaza and the hotel gives you a discount. Bed is confy, clean room and plenty of hot water. Need better pillows but overall i would go back just for the location. Nice window looking at the plaza and walking distance to EL TUBO...dont miss it.
This is an older hotel in an excellent city centre location and should be judged in that context.
Arrival by vehicle is difficult, access is from a pedestrian area, the adjacent street being restricted to public service vehicles only.
The hotel does not have parking but does offer a concessionary rate for the nearby private parking however this is expensive.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment and whilst the room was comfortable, the bathroom was of a particularly poor standard.
Heating was not available and, with nigh time temperature dropping to 5 degrees, this was unacceptable.
I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment, although the café looked somewhat unattractive.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The check-in was smooth and I was very happy with the room. It was spacious with a fantastic view. Location is also fantastic as it is steps away from the basilica. Would definitely recommend and stay again on my next visit.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The hotel is in need of a refresh. That said, for a very very reasonable price to walk out my door- or in my case look out the window- and experience a UNESCO site, all is forgotten. My room -206- was clean. Security wise - it was fine. Zaragoza and Spain for that matter is a safe destination. Jose greeted me warmly at the front desk. I arrived early and he held my suitcase. Noise? I am from a large city and night noise doesn't bother me- if it does don't get the view room. Enjoy Zaragoza!
Great value in an awesome location to enjoy old to
Wonderful location right on the plaza near Cathedral del Pilar and close to everything. The room was comfortable all except for the A/C was not working yet. We had a small balcony with large window and a mini fridge. The 8 Euro breakfast buffet was great too. And the staff was very nice and helpful. Even let is check in early and the front desk clerk spoke English. I would definitely stay here again.
The Tibur Hotel was our favorite hotel so far in our 2-month trip around Europe It is clean, lots of marble walls & floors, an elevator, great location & English speaking staff
When we opened the shutters & got our first glimpse of the beautiful Cathedral & Mosque, it was so breathtaking We love, love the Tibur Hotel
Everything here is a bit run down, there are broken light switches and the room still had rubbish from the previous occupant in it. The water has something in it that gives it a bad taste and is so hard that one drop leaves opaque limescale, not present elsewhere in Zaragoza. The man who works at the bar was very nice, however.
