Celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted to find a beautifully set breakfast table arranged in a perfect spot, adorned with chocolates, champagne, and fresh flowers—a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our celebration. The staff were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a made-to-order breakfast that featured fresh, delicious options tailored to our preferences. They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had, marked by impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back!

Where do I start. We had booked for two nights but got hit with an incredible, once in a century, snowstorm. This led to nearly 2 days of no electricity and three days of no trains leading to us needing to stay four nights instead. I can’t praise the management and staff enough for the care, service and hospitality they showered on us. What could have been a nightmare turned in to an unforgettable experience and we can’t thank them enough.
