This hotel is a little gem. Just off the main st near the church, it is quiet. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. At the price, amazing.

La Petite Charme Inn is a cozy and unique hotel that cares about its visitors. We received a called from the owner checking on us when we had not arrived as previously planned. This was the second time we chose the Inn while visiting Zermatt and we will return. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The inn itself is comfortable and brings the simple days of Switzerland to life.
