It could be so much better if it just did the little things better. As far as the resort itself, the building and grounds are gorgeous. But design choices make it feel like a 4 star. The room itself is spacious and nice, but old and outdated fixtures and finishing, and a thermostat from the 80s make it feel much cheaper. Also, most guests will also suffer from a shower that leaks into the rest of the washroom, and in particular, the toilet - leaving a sizeable puddle. There’s no turndown service and the room cleaning leaves something to be desired. The gym facility is pretty good but the little things like no water on multiple occasions made it again feel like a 4 star resort. The breakfast buffet is decent but the offerings virtually stay the same (for the 4 mornings we were there). The staff are lovely and do their best to be super helpful and really go out of their way, but with all bodrum - their English is very limited. This place can easily be a 5/5 star place with just a little investment in the little things.

Serious Concerns About Guest Safety We booked a two-night family villa stay at METT Bodrum, costing approximately US$2,000. The hotel facilities were good and the breakfast was excellent, but our overall experience left us with serious concerns about guest safety. After midnight, while my wife was alone in the villa with our children, a member of METT staff repeatedly banged on the villa door, waking and frightening the family. Even after being asked to leave, he continued for some time. My wife and our three daughters were left feeling scared and unsafe in what should have been a secure hotel environment. We raised the issue with the hotel the following day and it was escalated to a manager who was aware of the incident. After returning home, I also submitted a formal written complaint. However, one month later, we have still not received any response or explanation. Although some aspects of the hotel were enjoyable, this incident and the lack of follow-up have seriously undermined our trust in METT Bodrum. Families, especially those travelling with women or girls, should be very cautious when considering a stay here.

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would happily return. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and never felt overcrowded. When the sea is calm, it’s absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary suite upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a wonderful convenience for our family. The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially recommend People’s Restaurant. The food and service were exceptional, and we actually enjoyed it more than the à la carte restaurants. It’s definitely worth trying. We also appreciated having the Yargıcı boutique and the wellness/medical center on the property, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. There was one small issue regarding a reserved table, but the team handled it professionally. They apologized sincerely and resolved the situation quickly, which we really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the bathroom amenities. Upgrading the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to higher-quality products would better reflect the luxury experience of the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Bodrum team for their hospitality—we look forward to visiting again.
