There are two clubs on the ground level that play super loud music every night until 5am. You will not get good sleep. Room was ok, just a bit small. Location was good.

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps.

It was a simple accommodation with only 7 rooms (not sure why it is called a hotel). There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient shop opposite the hotel. Our booking includes free breakfast, but we’re offered eggs and oatmeal only, so didn’t bother to have it since plenty cafe at the mall.
