入住當日，酒店職員說沒有收到訂單，我經電話查詢後，才能順利入住，但已折騰約一小時，亦未有交代原因，只將房間升級及加送早餐作賠償。酒店清潔乾淨，但房間有煙味，早餐只是港式茶餐廳形式。
