It’s a great place to get away if your from Zion or not the view is amazing the beach is right in front of you the only thing that it’s missing a hot tub or a fireplace but in other words I wouldn’t book no where else

Room we were offered had spider webs and at least 7 spiders in them. Egg sack on the ceiling. One web had about 50 dead bugs in it. Bathroom vent slats were covered in a thick layer of dust. It had obviously not been cleaned in weeks. We insisted on a new room and were given one, which was clean. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The staff was mostly friendly. Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been helpful. $19 for the breakfast buffet was excessive. I wanted to enjoy the outdoor portion of this hotel and property the morning of my stay, but the party on the patio from the night before was not cleaned up, so every table was sticky and had empty bottles and glasses all over them. The beach was littered with beer cans and various liquor bottles. The AC didn't seem to work well. The whole place was generally warm and muggy.

A gem that we found.

Very quick check in.Room very clean and comfortable, people very friendly and helpful.Outside if hotel could use someTLC,but we had a great time.The beach so close to hotel and nice walking trails in the state park.
