Zsámbék Vacation Packages

Ideally situated on the Buda side near transit and Castle Hill. The room is spacious with touches of old world )exposed brick) and luxury (heated floors). Breakfast is varied and staff are helpful. I would go back!

The hotels pictures look better than the real thing! The rooms are quite small which isn’t a huge issue as we weren’t in them much more than to sleep however photos don’t show this. Breakfast was quite low past 9am on the Sunday but much better restocked on the Monday we stayed. The amenities in the room are good and the mini bar is well stocked with reasonable prices mainly around 2.5€ for most items. We didn’t have housekeeping for our stay as they knocked around 9am on the Sunday but we were still getting ready and asked them to return later but they didn’t! Then we asked reception for fresh towels as no housekeeping and were told abruptly ‘all rooms get housekeeping’ which we then explained what had happened. The following morning we were awoken at 8am to vacuuming outside the room which wasn’t great either. Location wise however the hotel was fab, right by a main station and a pleasant 20/25 min walk to most attractions (less to parliament!). Not sure I’d stay here again however.

I really want to leave a bad review so nobody uses this property and it's always available for me! But, I just can't. This stay was really the highlight of a long trip. The Collect Residence was BY FAR the best place we stayed out of hotels in Split, Rome, Florence, Venice, Budapest, and Bratislava. The price was great and the property was very clean, usable, well maintained and convenient. All of that would have been enough, 'but wait! There's more!' The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. Never rushed or impatient even when they were swamped with people. Seriously, give Sofia a raise, she was so helpful! Also, the general manager was friendly and genuinely concerned. I have plans to return with my wife and will always recommend them to friends.

The staff was very helpful and they were very accommodating to my requests!

Great stay

Never send me the email with the ibstructions that was supposed I should receive 24 hour prior 3pm when I could access to the propierfy. They advertise that have luggage storage and it's not true! I mailed them asking fir instructions about it and never answred back. The instructions are very general instead individualized and there are many complications to find the front desk. One you overtake all those dufficults it was quiet and easy to be there. Rooms are ok for the price and location
