The hotel looks just renovated. Bathroom products are high quality, I appreciated a lot the refilling idea (instead of one use products). I liked the wood furniture in the room, and the big size bed. Very kind reception staff.

Great hotel in beautiful part of town.
Beautiful hotel in the old part of the city. Very picturesque. The hotel is modern and has great design. The room was so comfortable, very clean with crisp bedding. The decor was minimalistic and modern which I love. Also, the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious with a great selection.

They could make more of an effort to have rooms ready early for guests requesting early check in. When someone has made an overnight flight and requested early arrival and check in, housekeeping should be instructed to get those rooms ready as a priority.

I loved ZUG.

Overall the hotel was good and my stay was fine. The hotel has an excellent and convenient location. The staff were supportive, attentive and efficient. Only two downsides, the refillable drinking water bottle had mold inside and the pillows could be more supportive. I would stay there again because of its convenience and location.
