I was originally skeptical about staying in a capsule for the night, but it was actually really nice. Check in is done on a tablet, and there's always a host to help in case anything goes wrong. The Capsule is decently spacious; I was even able to hold my suitcase and 2 bags in there and still have enough space for myself to comfortably sleep. The loudest it ever got was people opening and closing the door to the room with the capsules. The showers and bathrooms are also really nice.

Very convenient. It was slightly uncomfortable (no windows, small, noise heard during the night), but I still got a decent sleep, and had a place to relax during an overnight layover.

I really want to give this a higher score, but...

I adored so much about this capsule hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, being right outside the airport, literally on the doorstep! Check in was sublime, easy and the whole hotel was spotless and modern. Even the music was incredibly well considered for ambience! It's no doubt a special place. My capsule was great, the decor, the security for the room being key coded and even the capsule itself providing ultimate safety. The shower areas were 10/10 for cleanliness and provided everything you needed. But here comes the negative I'm afraid. If noise isn't an issue for you, then skip this part and you will not find a better capsule hotel to stay in all of Switzerland, perhaps even Europe! But if you appreciate your peace, then you may struggle. People were respectful enough I found to keep noise to a minimum which was great. It was the capsules that were the issue. When people moved or shuffled in their capsules, or left/returned, it created a bit of a disruption. And this isn't something that can be combated with white noise (I'm a light sleeper, so wear a noise cancellation sleep headband when I travel).

It is close to the airport, but that's it. Navigation is confusing is not nearly as organized as capsule hotels in Japan, but it is way more expensive.

Capsule hotel exceeded expectations. The wi-fi for remote work, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the comfort of the bed must be highlighted. If anything, the price could be a bit better. It would also be good to have the option of capsule for couples traveling together.
