My second stay at The Capsule. This time for two nights. I stayed in a Women’s Only room, which was really comfortable. And most everyone is very respectful as the insulation is not great in these pods, and one can hear conversations, and coming and going. My door, #821, needs to be greased, as it squeaked, and I felt bad at 4am opening and closing it as I left for my flight. Very clean, always hot water and clean towels. Would recommend.

Very clean, quiet, and nice set-up. A bit expensive for just simply being a pod but the convenience of being right at the train station and airport was top tier. I would highly recommend staying again for the early morning flights plus it was nice to recharge and not have to transition to another hostel or to the airport at 4am. I even checked my bags and went back to take a little nap.

A great stay for a layover at the airport
This is the first time I am staying here due to an evening arrival and having to take an early flight out the next day. This is conveniently located but currently there are some renovations so the old signs make it very confusing. What could have been a short walk resulted in me going pass the simple “check in 1” exit to this hotel. Everything is very clean and efficient - with proper pre arrival info sent ahead of time. I stayed in the female lower level capsule in block 8 - very clean, comfortable and I had a good nights rest.

I cannot believe the low price for this incredible capsule hotel!! It is a 5 min walk to both the airport and the train to downtown Zurich/many other places. The entire capsule has a locking code, so you can store your belongings while gone. It is easy to check in. I will absolutely be staying here again!!

I made a reservation for 7 nights at this property. The pictures were beautiful and I thought, hmmm a capsule, this should be a unique experience. I walked in and walked right back out. There is no way in hell, I could have stayed there. I was given a cubicle, lying room only on the second level. There is no room for you move around. There is no standing room. I couldn’t get up to the capsule because there was a thin ladder that was very flimsy and unstable. The attendant had to climb up and open the “literal capsule” for me to jump to get a look in. There is no garden!! You are in a dark room with about 12 other capsules. I grabbed my luggage and went back to the front desk and told them I can’t stay here. A plus, she did offer me a capsule on the ground level. I asked for a partial refund and was told I have to speak with Expedia who l booked it through. It has been 8 days. I checked in and checked out of a nearby hotel and have not had a response from the capsule nor Expedia. This is false advertising on a whole other level. Run away as fast as you can. I have lost all my money since no one is responding.

I booked it because coming from Cairo Egypt I needed a layover. I saw they had a hot tub and was needing to relax after a strenuous 12 days in Egypt. Upon arrival the hot tubs have been removed apparently a couple years ago so it was kind of pointless I could have booked a hotel and relaxed in a hot bath
