Will definitely stay here again. Great room and amenities. The smart features are super handy. Only problem was the music from a nearby bar. But we thankfully fell asleep and had a great sleep.

We just loved the whole hotel! Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was very clean! Bed was comfortable. We felt safe and convenient to restaurants, and walking distance to everything we needed. Just a five star experience.

Great location, and nice facility. The room comfort was not to our liking. The bed is comfortable, but the position is not comparable for us. Ipad was great, steep learning curve to get the room the way wanted it.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights and it was our first CitizenM experience. I was worried the room would be uncomfortably small as we had a large suitcase and rucksack each, but the space has been so thoughtfully and cleverly designed that it really wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were great and very accommodating despite us making frequent trips to the bar to request hot water so we could make hot drinks. The hotel is centrally located and the city generally felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience and a very friendly and helpful staff! Gave us good recommendations on food and stuff to do. The only con to this stay was pretty minor — The toilet and shower are separated by only a curtain and water from the shower easily splashes out. Everything else was lovely. Bed was super comfy with full and fluffy pillows

Lovely clean room, with comfortable bed and a hot shower. Room features, such as TV and blinds are controlled with an Ipad. All modern features. I did encounter some technical issues with the TV, however after contacting reception, a staff member promptly came up to my room to sort the issue out. All in all, an excellent stay.
