What a perfect experience! Everything was modern, clean, felt new, spacious. Service was amazing, very accomodating. Wonderful room service breakfast that was included in our room rate and well worth it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time in zurich. Rarely do i give a hotel a perfect review but Ema deserves it.

We stayed at EMA hotels during the last few days of our trip. The front desk was professional and courteous. The in-room breakfast was prompt and delicious. Rooms were clean, quiet, and incredibly spacious. The in-unit washer/dryer worked surprisingly very well and the all-in-one function was quite convenient if you’re on the go. Bring your own detergent if you expect to have a lot of laundry. They provide a small complimentary pack of detergent for the first wash. The bus stop is located just around the corner and only two stops away from Zurich HB train station. The only quirk was the bathroom as the walls and door were frosted glass. Ok for couples I assume, but for siblings it was a bit awkward. The AC worked well and was mostly silent. House keeping comes around 10-10:30am so if you’re still eating breakfast they’ll ring the doorbell to ask if you need cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay at EMA hotel during my visit to Zurich, but what truly made it unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise I received on my birthday. Walking into my room to find a personalized birthday card and a bottle of champagne waiting for me was incredibly touching. It’s rare to find a place that pays such close attention to the little details, and this gesture made me feel truly special and celebrated. The hospitality, comfort, and kindness of the staff turned a great stay into an exceptional one. Highly recommended!

The suite was large, modern and very comfortable. It was next to a tram stop that went to the main station and the centre of town. Also very close to the river and the swimming area. The beds were comfortable. Overall a great option in Zurich.
