Not clean at all. I saw a hair on the unused towel as I just stepped in the washroom. My room has smoking smell. Air conditioning does not work. Don’t choose this hotel if you are coming in summer.

The hotel is nice. Staff are very friendly and inviting. Pros: Close to the airport (less than 5 miles) Close to Bahnhofstrasse street Ubers are plentiful in the area Cons: The air conditioning did NOT work. The room was extremely hot. I had to sleep with the patio door open which provided some relief. Even with the blinds closed, the room would not cool. The room was clean; however there was long strands of black hair everywhere (tucked into the clean towels, on the bed, on the desk, in the shower) The doors do not have prep holes. Not many food places near.

Don’t visit this property in summer.

One of the biggest problems with this property was the lack of air conditioning. There was air coming out of the air condition and we said at least four times to the front desk that the air conditioner wasn’t working all they kept saying was close all the windows so sensors don’t trip and Configure it to 19°C. I told them hundred times that this has already been done and the temperature wouldn’t move below 27°C as per my own little temperature gauge that I carry. Otherwise the hotel is a very convenient location right across the train station in about 25 minutes from Zürich Hauptbahnhof. It’s also three minutes away by the same tram in the other direction from a very big mall with a lot of food options. This was a very bad experience in 35° heat outside and no air conditioning inside.

The property was nice and clean however it was not located in the city center and that was disappointing, especially because I was taking a quick trip and wanted to get a quick compact Zurich experience. There was one restaurant across the street but the area was not vibrant. Snacks were available at a convenience store a short walk away but that's all.
