The hotel has a policy of cleaning the room after 3-days. We stayed 3-nights and the room was not cleaned and neither a change of towels, etc took place.

The The hotel is good, but it doesn't have air conditioning or mini-fridges in the rooms. Additionally, it's located outside the train station hub, so you need to take an Uber, taxi, bus, or walk to get to the station. The people are very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Great customer service, below average rooms. We had two rooms, both were below average. They both had a weird unpleasant smell in them. The hardwood floors were scratched very badly. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.
