Rooms were so comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Location is great for both buses to airport and to get into Zürich HB via trains. Highly recommend for the price, location and what you get in the rooms.

The hotel was expensive and what really bothered me is that they dont have a microwave.. anywhere Switzerland is very expensive and having to be obligated to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant or out is not convenient when you travel with your whole family. I will never go back there

It's just a transfer stay. The hotel location was good for that. Train station about 3 mins away. Hotel itself is quiet, beds are comfortable;however, the floor was not clean tho. Check in was a bit of confused, they handed us a pair of train tickets to use so we thought that was free and of course during checkout they told us that we have to pay it for. Not a big deal but was hoping they told us at that time

This was my first time staying this hotel. I love it. Super convenient to the train station, restaurants, staff are very friendly. They do daily room cleaning. Price very affordable with the service. I would love to come back for my next year trip in Switzerland. I’m looking forward to going back again.
