I stayed in a single bed room, which was tiny and looked like a cruise ship room or a train compartment with a tiny bath. I was not a fan of the room, but the room was clean and was centrally located, walkable to Old Town and close to the main Zurich HB station which made it easy to go to the airport and other towns easily. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Overall a nice experience.

Clean, efficient hotel. Parking is a few blocks from the city parking structure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was great! It was clean and walkable from the train which was super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us store our bags before check in and after check out. I loved the towel warmer, the amenities, and how close it was to Zürich main station and to old town. The toilet paper was a little rough, the bed a little hard and the pillows a little thin but I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was perfect, we had a deluxe room which was a generous size with a big bathroom. If you arrive by train it’s an easy walk to the hotel. We ended our vacation in Zurich and the hotel has a flat rate of 65 franks to the airport, which was good as everything in Zurich is expensive.

The Hotel is located just minutes from Zürich’s transportation network and close to supermarkets & restaurants. The staff was very professional and spoke fluent English. My room was clean and cozy.

I booked a room at this hotel while working during a heatwave in Zurich since it offered air conditioned rooms - a pretty basic requirement. But the hotel does not actually have proper A/C! The place even blocks out the temperature gauges on thermostats in its rooms because, as the front desk told me, “otherwise people would complain.” At 2 am I woke up in a ball of sweat and asked for a fan. They brought me one covered in dust from the basement. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great location
One night stay en route back to the US so did not use any facilities but our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well though the WiFi was slow. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Within walking distance to everything you want or need in old town. Less than 10 minute walk from the train station.
