The staff was good. The hotel is in middle of Zurich old town which we already knew but what we didn’t know was we will have to smell weed whole night from the shops in the street. We couldn’t close the windows and switch on the ac because of small room and AC right above our heads. Breakfast was okay with not many options. It’s walkable to most places though

Just ok, worked for one night.

This was our final hotel after 8 days in Switzerland. When looking for the hotel you’re looking for a restaurant as the hotel doesn’t have a traditional lobby. It has an elevator up to the 4th floor and the room had AC. To say the bathroom is small is an understatement, check out the picture. The breakfast was just ok, and didn’t start until 7:30. The hotel is in a good location, and less than a 10 minute walk to the main train station.

Property is very conveniently located in the old town.. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. Expect a room in an old building, very simple but clean at a reasonable price. Suitable for short stays in my opinion. There are people walking around at night, making noise, but we were not bothered by it

We loved our stay in Zurich, the hotel is in a perfect spot and it is nice and clean and had AC. As well as a very nice and intimate breakfast. I accidentally left an ipad in the room and the staff was so accommodating, helping me get it mailed home. I appreciate it very much.

Nice place to stay in old town. Quite walkable from the trains. The place was clean and people were friendly. Cons: it’s really not a hotel, it’s Airbnb affiliated by the restaurant downstairs. There is no service desk

Not very accommodating I must say. Don't arrive early, they won't be happy with you, as if I can control the cruise ship bringing us to the city... There is no reception area, we were asked to leave our suitcases in the restaurant and go visit until check-in. Great location, some employees are friendly. After a 2 hour wait, we did get out room, probably because I was having an intense coughing fit (I got a cold on the cruise ship). Oh there are no English TV channels.

Room was as shown in pictures. Clean, no frills, great for an overnight stay. Convenient location and lots of dining options in the area. From Zurich airport take #10 tram to Central and walk 5 mins. Cobblestones streets so just be aware of that. Old town sites just a stones throw across the street by the river. I'd stay here again for short stay. Breakfast options were good. So close to Zurich HB (10 mins)

Very friendly staff greeted me upon arrival and checked me in to my clean and comfortable room. Located in the heart of Old Town above a restaurant and down a cobblestone walk, this is a great option for a walkable stay (close to Kunsthaus and theatres). Breakfast was good, and the room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Thank you!
