Very nice staff , Proximate location to Old town and very accessible to train station. Very quant meeting area and restaurant. It didn’t have selectable AC in our room and thought it should be highlighted on the Expedia website in order to be educated before choosing this hotel .

Would not stay here again!! After reading good online reviews, we decided to book this hotel for a couple of nights while visiting Zurich. Upon arrival, front desk customer service was underwhelming. In the room, floor was dirty and overall very old. Hotel provided a pack and play for our son which had a hole in it. Hotel room does not have AC and the fan we had was broken and very dirty. When asked for a new one we were told they didn't have extras and ended up getting the fan from the lobby which was very small and barely cooled. There is also a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast was okay.

Charming hotel with lots of character and a family business feel. Our room on the 5th floor was a very good size with a fairly comfortable king-size bed and 3 windows ( 1 in the bath) overlooking the city. The bathroom was large as well with great water pressure in the shower. No AC in the room but a Dyson fan was in the room for our use. The location is great. 6 minute walk to the train/bus station. 10 minutes to the lake boat tours, restaurants, bars and all the main sights. Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this little gem.

July 5th 2025, I checked in the Hotel Scheuble. This hotel in Switzerland boasts on being at a level superior however be warned this is not the case. While the lobby of the hotel is quite inviting with air circulation and provides an almost cool Mediterranean breeze and atmosphere, this is the only positive attribute of the entire hotel. The elevators are incredibly small and do not fit any luggage beyond carry on travel size. The issue for me is my hotel room had no air circulating. We are the middle of summer with record breaking temperatures all over the world. After addressing this concern multiple times, I was provided a fan in my room which made the situation worse. Eventually I was moved to another room on the first floor. This room was a little cooler because it was on the first floor and had better ventilation However, this room was not properly cleaned from the previous guest that checked out and reeked of loud perfume. To make matters worse the air unit in the newest room stopped working at around 3am. Thankfully I only spent 2 days there and will not be returning.

Unfortunately the sheets had red stains all over them which made me very concerned. They also denied A/C saying it was for eco purposes. I would not recommend them as they are not the friendliness when you address acobcern.

Very convenient to the train station and main city centre. The room does't have good AC, it was very hot during our stay because of the heatwave.

Unfortunately, the eco-friendly air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. We called several times for assistance, and they suggested turning it on and off in hopes that it would work. Eventually, they informed us that there was no circulation at all and recommended taking a cold shower and using the fan instead.
