The hotel is a little tired and in need of some simple and cheap maintenance - replacing broken shower shelves for example. My main criticism however are the pillows on the bed which are hopelessly thin and completely lacking in support.

Room was great, with everything one may need. For me it was a little cold in mid Oct. Heat is controlled from the front desk. It would be useful to have more explanations in the room, like what to dial for the font desk. Breakfast was also very nice. Most of the ladies on the staff were quite nice, but the desk clerk was kind of stiff.

Nice, quiet Hotel in a Convenient Area

We chose to stay in a suite with a small living room/desk area. All was updated and comfortable. We received the Hotels.com 20% VIP discount at their affiliated Italian restaurant. It was a great meal.
