Staff was nice and welcoming. Location super for our stay - public transport or walking distance. One tiny thing: room does not have a desk. No place to work on laptop exept sitting on bed.

Very good location, walkable to Bahnhofstrasse. Staff was friendly and helpful. A large sitting area on main floor. Overall we were impressed with its value, considering Zurich’s general price level.

It was okay. Not great, not terrible. I had been to a much nicer & bigger Motel One location in Berlin for drinks. So had higher expectations. The room layout was a bit tight. The bathroom small and mirrors all got fogged up after every shower as no shower door or real fan. Decor was nice in lobby/common areas. And the bar was nice & comfy. But was lacking the small touches. Arrived later on a Sunday and they could'nt even offer me a basic meal.

Overall a good stay. It met our needs but a few thoughts for others: no glasses for water they only use paper cups, no phone to call the front desk which meant we had to go down several times with questions - not a big deal but could be for others given how far away rooms are from the front desk. Having explored Zürich more on this mini vacation I think there are other areas that would be better to stay as a tourist, but a good option just the same. Breakfast and coffee were great. Service was good. Beds were great.
