Room was loud with the highway next door need earplugs. No washcloths were provided. Nice buffet for breakfast. Not much lighting in main hotel room. Convenient shuttle to the airport <1 mile away.

This hotel is in an excellent location near the airport, near a tram and train line if you want to go into the city center and it also has an airport shuttle. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and speak. One than one language. My only pet peeve would be the pillows. I found the pillows to be too soft and it made for a difficult sleep. One suggestion would be to perhaps have an option of trading in your soft pillow for a more firmer pillow.

Although the reception area was rather cold, except for the waiting area by the window, the staff was kind and helpful, and the chalet restaurant was fun, attractive, and the food was terrific!!!

The staff at Movenpick went above and beyond to make my mother feel celebrated during our stay on her birthday. They were thoughtful and helpful and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, with a regular shuttle. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Highly recommend!

The free airports shuttle bus does not run all day. Just mornings and later afternoon/ evening. This was not made clear to us after sending an email inquiring. We were standing waiting at the airport 30 minutes before a general shuttle stopped and took us for €18

Staff was wonderful and the shuttle to the hotel was a huge help! Overall it was exactly as I expected and they even give you a free bottle of water in your room with chocolate on your bed!

Le place is easy access to the airport, with a free shuttle every 20 min. It was clean, and food in the restaurant was good. However... There was a mistake made with the wine order, which ended up costing us more than ordered. For that hotel level, I would expect more than nescafe and creamer in the room, specially since there is no coffee in the lobby. The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8 15, asking if we were leaving, even though check-out is at 12 PM. She knocked again at 11 15. If you're jet lagged and want to sleep in, make sure you put the "do not disturb" sign out! (although that didn't stop her at 11 15)
