New airport hotel close to Zurich airport and Rumlang train station. We arrived around noon and a room was ready for us early. Much appreciated the check in welcome. Comfortable modern room. Italian pizza restaurant on site and a new McDonald s adjacent. Easy uber ride to airport or use the shuttle.

We experienced unfriendly hotel shuttle drivers both ways, the restaurant service was disappointing, very very slow and chaotic as there was really only one person (Tony) waiting on every table the new assistant was pretty disfunctional. It was late at night and therefore tough to put up with such a wait fir dinner!

I was a bit disappointed as i was given a bath towel that looked like rag. I would wish the housekeeping to check before they put it in the guest room. I did not call the housekeeping as it was about 11pm when i returned to my room after shopping.

The complimentary trip from the airport was great. We took UBER back because $10/person for 3 people was half of what the hotel charges. For the price, $5/person would be more equitable. Otherwise, there needs to be more towel bars and a bath mat.
