We enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly and polite. The area nearby hotel is also very accessible to location. Highly recommend stay for everyone when in Zurich !

Great location! Hotel is right near HB station and walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. There is a Starbucks right next door as well. Our hotel package also came with breakfast which was descent. My only issue was that the rooms were really small. The double bed took much of the space. My husband and I both had a luggage so was difficult to move around the room.

Very basic room. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel, but it was good overall. The only really negative was that there was no coffee or fridge in the room. It was out in the hallway and that too the coffee machine was not working in the hallway. Overall though it was a good and decent place.

inside the room there is no kettle supply and we need to get hot water from the hallway to get it from coffee machine. Also, I can't find the refrigerator. The hotel is very close railway station is more convenient for us to carry big luggage, and inside the station there is a lot of shops such as supermarket, bakery and coffee shop. So far the hotel is good to live.
