Stayed twice beginning of Jan and Feb. I arrived after a 20 hour flight and a very helpful lady helped me check in with her computer. I was able to get early check in (8am) had to pay 40francs extra but didn't mind. 2nd stay I was made to use the self check in. It works fine but you have to type in alot of details. Hotel is very close to Kloten station. 1-2 minute walk. There is an Aldi right across the road for buying food and drinks. My room was facing towards the airport both times (front of hotel) so I could hear the planes but this honestly didn't bother me. Bed was comfy. Nice big pillows. Shower pressure good. All the things you want after a long flight. Only minor let down was the breakfast. If included fine. But I probably wouldn't pay for it again. Overall a great hotel. I will definitely be staying again when travelling to Europe.

Staff were very helpful, allowed me a very early check-in. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what is a basic continental breakfast. You can pick up something at the Aldi across the road for like CHF5. Room is very basic but very clean and bed was comfortable.

The hotel is brand new and the room was spacious and clean. The check in process is easy done with terminals in the lobby. The machine prints your room key. Distance to the airport is less than 10 min by car. Also the train station Kloten is close by. Enough dining options around the hotel.

Nice hotel next to the metro station which helped me a lot to move around. Just letting you know this isn’t the center of zurich but is easy to get to the center of the city. Great breakfast and have aldi, asian food next door, supermarkets around so is really convenient. Specially if is a short trip

Ok stay for a one night layover

The hotel was ok, and reasonably priced for a single night. The bathroom has an awkward door setup with the outside door folding in to be the shower door. No vending machines in the hotel, but a grocery store is right across the street.
