Stay near old town zurich

Well located hotel a short walk from the main train station in Zurich and the old town. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The bed was very comfortable and the finishes were updated. Pleasant stay. The staff was helpful with recommendations and they had umbrellas and ponchos available.

Being a member does come with its perks. We were welcomed with open arms, our check in host was accommodating and helpful. The 2nd time we checked in was ok but I wouldn’t let one person ruin the mood as this hotel does give you the welcoming vibe that other hotels lack.

I liked the hotel but what really stood out to me was the bar tender on the main floor Maximillian. He was excellent in customer service really made us feel welcome and he was excellent at his craft. He was the highlight of our stay there and the rest of the bar staff was good too.
