Nice hotel in the city centre, large room with balcony. Excellent value, we were a bit concerned about the low price but no need to be as safe and clean. There really is a pool and garden at the back. Some street noise in the evening but quiet at night. The quoted breakfast for two people costs almost as much as the room but we were offered a much cheaper option that was still very filling. We did not have dinner on Sunday night as some uncertainty about the chef being available but easy walk to KFC and a bottle of wine! On the second night we walked to the Bulawayo Club which I can strongly recommend for the atmosphere and excellent cheap food. The streets seem quite safe to walk in the early evening.

This lodge is really beautiful and calm. Our cabin was large, clean and comfortable. The bar and pool area were great, and the meals were very good. The staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant and bar staff. The game drive was expensive as the rate recently went up by 50%. There are some short hikes that you can do around the lodge which are nice.

Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet mit angenehmen Zimmern. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend und nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, mussten wir das Essen immer vorbestellen. Leider ist die Karte nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und es fehlten mehrere Gerichte. Das Essen war jedoch gut.
