Zwentendorf an der Donau Vacation Packages

Beautiful hotel, with great staff and the best weight room I've ever seen in a hotel. I think this is the best hotel in Vienna.

The property was not SUITABLE for older couples or guests with mobility limitations, and I am concerned that Expedia continues to recommend this property without adequately addressing these issues. The hotel had no front desk and no staff available to assist with check-in. Guests were required to call from outside the hotel to obtain an access code to enter the building. Even after gaining entry, guests had to carry their luggage up approximately 12 steps before reaching the elevator. This arrangement is not merely inconvenient; it presents a significant accessibility and safety concern. Imagine arriving after a long journey, carrying heavy luggage, and having to navigate a flight of stairs before you can even reach the elevator. For older travelers or anyone with mobility issues, this process can be extremely cumbersome and potentially dangerous. What is particularly disappointing is Expedia’s apparent lack of responsiveness to these concerns. As a major travel booking platform, Expedia has a responsibility to provide customers with accurate and transparent information about the properties it recommends, particularly when the accommodations may present accessibility challenges. I urge Expedia to review this property’s listing and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests are fully informed before making a reservation. I would also appreciate a response explaining how Expedia intends to address these concerns.

Staff were helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast not worth the cost. At first we thought the location wasn’t great then realized it was an easy walk to many of the most significant sites.

Comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom, excellent helpful & courteous staff.

Everything is good but it is quite cold there since there is no sun coming in
