I didn’t like the cost of checking in early. It rained Feb13 and they had several garbage pail all over the casino to catch watch from a leaking roof! Approached by several people asking for money—perhaps security should be a the door (seemed homeless people)

Did not like the early check in fee of $50. In all my years at the Mirage I never ever payed for any early check in. Very disappointed with that. I feel like I’m being nickel & dined for every little thing. Why no fridge in room? Or why is there only a half glass in the shower? Your prices are also too high. It’s crazy to pay almost $9 for 20oz bottle of water.

They charge a "resort fee" but don't offer a toothbrush upon request. Air conditioner didn't work and instead of offering me a room change, had to wait an hour for maintenance to come by

Arrived 20 min early for check in and needed to wait around to avoid the $50 early check in fee. Our room was facing the Linq hotel, which was throwing a party that night. Noise was so loud, and was told to come downstairs to talk to the front desk because phone operators couldn’t do anything about it. Was offered if we wanted to change rooms over the phone, but when we got down to the desk, we were told there were no other rooms available and the noise would die down at around 2am, so we could just wait it out. We said we were checking out then (this was now midnight) and was offered no compensation for our experience. Asked how it could be made right and was then given $50 food credit. This only got us two drinks and two pastries for the long drive home.
