This property is in a great location it if you get the basic room, it’s very small, with little place to put your clothes and the bathroom should not have a sliding door. This doesn’t allow privacy for others in the room.

Location is great to Harrah's and Caesar's. Reasonable table limits, even during Superbowl. Lots of quick eats everywhere. The cabana room, even though pools was not open was great.

Checking in was not straight forward, the kiosks didn't work for us, whether it was due to Expedia booking or being an Int'l guest, this was unknown. Room was clean. No room on the night table, suggest they remove the charging station as it didn't work. Fridge and safe both didn't work on check in. Got safe fixed promptly, fridge took longer. Lots of noise heard from hallways and other rooms in middle of night. Some elevator buttons didn't appear to work. Going out where taxi's come in is not advised! This takes you no where. Promenade is great. Offers entertainment and food & drink. Gym was good.

The Hash House a go go is one of the best spots for breakfast. The mexican food place downstairs was also amazing, just cannot remember the name. Downstairs and outside is a promenade, made to be like a mini Fremont Street. Lots of dining, shops, bars and entertainment. great spot if you want to be in walking distance to everything. The monorail also has a stop here.

The hotel is in a great location it's close by everything. The hotel needs microwaves in the rooms or a common area like where the ice & soda machines are. With all the eateries that surround it, coming back to your room with the ability to heat your food up would be great. Also more tv stations. Some of the staff was pleasant but most didn't even say hi after I gave a salutation.
