Everyone was very kind but the smoking allowed on the casino floor was a lot to deal with getting from and to the room.. I get it but still a poor experience for a non smoker

Recently stayed at The Encore Resort at the Wynn for my 30th Birthday. And let me say I was FASCINATED with every corner of the Hotel. From the outside, restaurants, shopping center and the service there at Encore. Didn't have to worry about being safe very well monitored by security. This 5-Star Hotel will MOST CERTAINLY not let you down! Couldn't have had stayed at a better Hotel for my 30th Birthday! Thank you The Wynn for your Service! Will be back soon!

Great hotel. Just make sure you lock your door! Housekeeping doesn’t care about your do-not-disturb privacy light. We had 3 occurrences of housekeeping just coming right on in even though our privacy light was clearly on.
