What especially impressed me was how happily the staff seemed to work together as a team, how they genuinely enjoyed each other's company at work, & of course, how welcoming & helpful they were to us, their guests! I was fortunate to meet their Team Leader, Motel Manager-Yvonne Blake, the Daytime Receptionist & the one in charge of the Breakfast Area-Brenda, 2 ladies in Housekeeping-Marlene & Joanne, & the Custodian-LJ

We had a great stay here. It is one of our go-to options on highway 97. They were very easy going about our small dog and when I accidentally left a small but very important item in my room they found it and mailed it to my house right away. Great very helpful staff!

At check in after already doing online came to get keys and confirm ID , they were going to refuse room as they said they have a “ no locals policy” and my ID was from Williams Lake . Only let me stay for “ good reason “ we live out of town needed room ( they did end up letting us have room but under pressure) Will definitely follow up with hotel about this biased policy and not recommend .

This was our second time staying at this Super 8 and will never stay again. Found dirty toe nail clippings in my bed. My husband cut himself and dripped a couple of drops of blood on the bathroom floor. I took a Kleenex to wipe it up and the Kleenex came up black from dirty floor. Carpet was dirty. They have a ramp for handicap people to use to get to the main floor rooms and the carpet was buckling and ripped in areas making tripping hazards.

Affordable place to stay with the intention of saving money on breakfast since they provide breakfast. Only 4 stars though because the furniture was in poor condition and only prepackaged stuff for breakfast aside for some fruit.

We reserved a suite that was completely different from the pictures and that had very old and musty furniture. We then changed for a Queen room which had comfortable beds but very old furniture. The bathroom was extremely old and in need of a refresh. When we asked to change rooms, we did not get a price reduction even if we had paid for a suite. The hotel is overpriced for the quality.
