Very pleasant.
Noise complaints:
The shutters block out light, but with a little wind, they make an annoying sound.
The commodes do not shut off when flushed.
The apartment upstairs has no light at the entrance. I had to use my phone flashlight to insert the key.
However, the employees were very helpful, and the breakfast was generous.

The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating.
