Room was very spacious the windows opened wide to allow a beautiful view of the surrounding would definitely return.

Charm of the room with beams, clean room, friendly staff Cons: the linen are not in cotton. Polyester linen/ mixed are a big drawback

I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

This is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Antwerp. The staff were very helpful during our stay.

Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated. These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay.
