Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the water, coffee and candy at front counter. Room very clean and spacious. Highly recommend NH Hotels!

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen . Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Nice hotel overall but the very slow restaurant service let it down massively

Excellent facility, great staff. Restaurant: poor service, food quality poor and expensive. Hotel should improve the restaurant, or not take claim of it.

Standard Mercure. Area not great but close to railway station. Very clean and tidy

This is most underwhelming experiences of my life. The staff at reception was cold and was not even able to point to the rest rooms properly. Though service staff was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have alternatives on the same area.
