Conveniently located near great food and waterfront. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Staff were helpful. Concerns included the distance between room and pool for the kids, required an underground tunnel or crossing a busy street to access. I specifically booked the hotel because of the convenience of breakfast which was provided in the form of packaged muffins and granola bars which were way too sweet. We also dealt with ants in our room.

L’accès à la piscine du centre sportif est un gros plus de cet hôtel (glissade, sauna, etc.). Les chambres sont propres, les déjeuners inclus sont très bons et le personnel est serviable. L’hôtel est bien positionné pour visiter l’ÎPE!

The beds were comfortable, and that’s about it. Not enough towels, space is too small for the advertised number, shower didn’t drain. The place is in dire need of a rehaul. Can’t beat the location though.

Dated facility, but still overall had an ok stay. The breakfast in the morning was actually pretty decent for a included breakfast and a decent dining area for it as well. We stayed in a echelon suite. The room overall was decent but also dated. There was a hole in the wall not repaired. The bathroom felt like it was from the nineties. Despite the age the room still functioned and accommodated our family but wasn't worth the $450 I paid for the night. Another disappointment was the pool. We choose this facility over others as they had a slide for their pool. Upon check in there was a sign stating the slide was out of order. I understand things happen but either a heads up when booking or an email after reservation informing us the slide was out of order would have been appreciated. I would only stay here again if the price was better and the slide was available.
